Invitrogen™ Goat anti-Human IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor™ 647
Description
This Goat-anti-Human IgG (H+L), Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody specifically detects human IgG Heavy and the Light chains with no cross-reactivity to immunoglobulins from other species except moderate cross-reactivity towards Monkey IgG. Recombinant antibodies are produced using specific genes that code for the desired antibodies. These genes are cloned into an expression vector and expressed in vitro. The advantages of recombinant antibodies include better specificity, animal origin-free formulation, and lot-to-lot consistency. Superclonal™ Recombinant antibodies are a defined pool of recombinant monoclonal antibodies, manufactured by selecting and pooling individual clones to provide complementary, specific, and optimal epitope coverage to achieve enhanced performance. The sensitivity and specificity of each lot is confirmed using ELISA. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
