Description
Goat anti-Mouse IgG Fc, Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor™ Plus 647 specifically detects the Fc portion of mouse IgG1, mouse IgG2a, and mouse IgG2b with no reactivity to Mouse IgG F(ab)2 fragment and with minimum cross reactivity to Human IgG, Rat IgG and Hamster IgG. The sensitivity and specificity of each lot of Goat anti-Mouse IgG Fc, Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody is confirmed using ELISA and then taken up for conjugation. Superclonal™ recombinant secondary antibodies are produced using a multifaceted clonal selection process that involves several phenotypic screens to ensure enhanced specificity, animal origin free formulation and lot-to-lot consistency. Alexa Fluor™ Plus conjugated recombinant antibodies provide bright signals and high signal-to-noise for your critical experiments. It is recommended that the antibody is carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
