Description
Goat anti-Mouse IgG1, Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, Alexa Fluor™ Plus 800 specifically detects the Fc region of mouse IgG1 with no cross reactivity to Mouse IgG2a or Mouse IgG2b. Minimal cross reactivity was observed with Mouse IgG3, Human IgG, Rat IgG and Rat IgA. The sensitivity and specificity of each lot of Goat anti-Mouse IgG1, Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody is confirmed using ELISA and then taken up for conjugation. Superclonal™ recombinant secondary antibodies are produced using a multifaceted clonal selection process that involves several phenotypic screens to ensure enhanced specificity, animal origin free formulation and lot-to-lot consistency. Alexa Fluor™ Plus conjugated recombinant antibodies provide bright signals and high signal-to-noise for your critical experiments. It is recommended that the antibody is carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest.
