Electron Microscopy Sciences Graphene on Silicon Nitride with 2.5 µm holes, 6-8 layers, 2.1-2.8 nm thick, 78.5-83.2% Transparency

Supplier: Electron Microscopy Sciences 6GSIN2.5UM25

High quality graphene chemical vapor deposition graphene is layered on a silicon nitride TEM substrate. The substrate is 200 um thick 3.0mm hexagonal silicon with a 0.5 x 0.5 mm aperture and 200 nm thick silicon nitride membrane with approximately 6,400 2.5 um holes. Graphene coverage of the TEM grid is better than 75 percent.
The substrate is a solid hexagonal disk with a greenish hue. The graphene film appears as a near-transparent to light-grey film on the surface of the microporous Silicon Nitride membrane.
Layers: 6-8 layers
Thickness: 2.1-2.8 nm
Transparency: 78.5-83.2%
