Avantor Allsep Anion HPLC columns are a methacrylate based phase with quaternary ammonium functional groups, optimized for use with both suppressed and non-suppressed conductivity detection. Avantor Allsep Anion HPLC columns are compatible with common IC mobile phases, such as carbonate, bicarbonate, p-hydroxybenzoic acid, phthalic acid, succinic acid and sodium octane sulfonate. Avantor Allsep Anion HPLC columns are recommended for applications involving inorganic anions, weak and strong acid ions, metal complexes and organic acids. These columns meet the requirements for the EPA method 300.0 Part A for determining inorganic ions in water. Avantor Allsep Anion HPLC columns are 7 µm polymer based anion exchange phase used with suppressed or non-suppressed conductivity detection. Avantor Allsep Anion HPLC columns has a pH range of 2 - 10. Avantor Allsep Anion HPLC columns can be used with 0 - 100% organic modifier.
