Gut restricted-7 (GR-7) is a potent, covalent, orally active pan-bile salt hydrolase (BSH) inhibitor that is tissue-selective and largely restricted to the gut. It decreases gut bacterial BSH activity and lowers deconjugated bile acid levels in mouse feces, and is provided for laboratory research use only.
