Nakatani et al. observed a chondroprotective effect of the dipeptide in mouse articular cartilage. Inoue et al. showed in a clinical study that ingestion of the dipeptides Pro-Hyp and Hyp-Gly could improve facial skin moisture and elasticity and reduce facial ageing.
