Recognizes HA epitopes located in the middle of protein sequences as well as at the N- or C-terminus. Applications: IF, IHC, IP, WB. Recommended dilutions: Western Blot (1:2,000-1:20,000). Immunoprecipitation (1:50-1:100). Immunohistochemistry (1:1,000). Suggested dilutions/conditions may not be available for all applications. Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application. Formulation: Liquid. In PBS containing 50% glycerol and 0.03% thimerosal.
