This kit includes Happy Cell ASM formulated in RPMI (4x concentrate, 25ml), Happy Cell Inactivation Solution, untreated low attachment 96 well microplates, and 50ml bioreactor tubes with vented caps. The included Happy Cell concentrate is sufficient for up to 1000 experiments in a 96 well microplate format or up to 4000 experiments in a 384 well microplate format. Happy Cell ASM is a unique, low viscosity, low density, cell culture reagent that permanently suspends cells. It allows easy labeling, washing and dosing of cells, and is suitable for high content imaging and automated liquid handling.
