Description

Hardwall cleanrooms provide the highest level of contamination and pressure control while also providing the ability to control temperature and humidity tightly and accurately.

  • Can achieve air cleanliness of ISO 3 - ISO 8
  • Maintain temperature at +/- 1° F and humidity to +/- 5%
  • These cleanrooms are primarily built as freestanding structures and are capable of supporting HVAC or other utility or process equipment as well as office or storage space on the roof of the room through the structurally rated post and panel construction.
  • Existing building walls or structure can be adapted to be utilized in the construction of our Hardwall cleanrooms subject to a site survey. 
  • Hardwall cleanrooms provide an elegant means of incorporating all utilities and services including electrical, data, security systems, process gas, plumbing, flooring, and fire protection.
