Description

Designed to clarify CHO cell culture centrates from conventional or single‐use centrifuges. Available in a range of scaleable single use capsules enabling >95% product recovery and significantly reduced impurities.

• Synthetic fibrous AEX Q-functional chromatography media combined with a 0.2 μm Q-functional polyamide membrane enables single-stage clarification of CHO cell culture centrates.
• Electrostatic separation captures soluble and insoluble impurities, including particles generated by cell shear during centrifugation.
• Effectively removes submicron particles <0.5 μm that can be difficult to capture with traditional depth and membrane filtration.
• Supports mAb product recovery greater than 95%.
• Produces clarified centrate with turbidity <15 NTU and DNA <500 ppb.
• Helps protect downstream sterilizing-grade membrane filters, including 0.1 μm filters.
• Provides predictable scalability from laboratory to manufacturing-scale processes.
