• Single-stage, single-use chromatographic clarifier for harvesting and clarification of cell cultures.
• Uses synthetic fibrous anion exchange (AEX) chromatography media with a 0.2 μm polyether sulfone (PES) membrane.
• Removes cells, cell debris and soluble impurities, including DNA to <500 ppb.
• Designed for low- to high-density cell cultures, including >40 million cells/mL.
• Optimized for high-density CHO cell culture with 5 to 8% packed cell volume (PCV).
• Typical product recovery of ≥95% for capsule formats.
