It contains AA Cys 16 - Pro 1115 (Accession # P15423-1 (TI 871-872 PP)).The recombinant protein is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293) with T4 fibritin trimerization motif and a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus. Proline substitutions TI 871-872 PP are introduced to stabilize the trimeric prefusion state of the spike protein.;This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 125.7 kDa. The protein migrates as 150-200 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
