Helix CT Locking Screw and Seal. A replacement Helix Constant Torque Locking Screw and Seal. This is what secures the nebulizer in Glass Expansion spray chambers and creates the gas tight seal between the nebulizer and the spray chamber. To ensure a gas tight seal replace the seal every 6 months.Damage to the Helix CT insert of a TFE spray chamber can occur over time due to overtightening of the Helix CT locking screw. This will happen if the Helix CT seal is worn and you continue to tighten the locking screw, this results in the nebulizer being pushed further into the spray chamber and the locking screw going past the threads of the Helix insert. Essentially stretching the softer TFE material and slowly deforming the Helix CT insert.
