  • Lyophilized preparation with trehalose protectant for -20°C storage.
  • Calculated molecular weight 63 kDa; migrates 70-90 kDa on reducing SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
  • SEC-MALS shows trimer mass around 225-255 kDa.
  • Purity greater than 90% by SDS-PAGE and by SEC-MALS.
  • Endotoxin less than 1.0 EU/μg (LAL / rFC methods).
