The Anvil Hex Bushing is a forged steel bushing with a hexagonal shape. It has a 1-1/4 inch nominal pipe size and is made from 1045 carbon steel. The bushing has a Rockwell hardness of B80-90 and meets ASTM A108 standards. It can withstand temperatures up to 1000°F. The bushing's dimensions are 3-1/2 inches long x 2 inches wide x 2-3/8 inches high. It weighs approximately 2 pounds. The Anvil Hex Bushing provides an easy way to transition from threaded pipe to plain pipe.
