Besides a 5' to 3' polymerase activity, PR-Taq exhibits a 3' to 5' exonuclease activity that enables the enzyme to correct base pair mismatches. This results in PCR products with very few errors and blunt ends. PR Taq Polymerase includes 10x Ammonium Buffer.
