AS ONE PR Taq DNA Polymerase is a thermostable high fidelity DNA polymerase with proof reading ability. This feature enables accurate and reliable PCR. Besides a 5' to 3' polymerase activity, PR-Taq exhibits a 3' to 5' exonuclease activity that enables the enzyme to correct base pair mismatches. This results in PCR products with very few errors and blunt ends. PR Taq Polymerase includes magnesium free 10x Ammonium Buffer.
