AS ONE PR Taq DNA Polymerase is a thermostable high fidelity DNA polymerase with proof reading ability. This feature enables accurate and reliable PCR. Besides a 5' to 3' polymerase activity, PR-Taq exhibits a 3' to 5' exonuclease activity that enables the enzyme to correct base pair mismatches. This results in PCR products with very few errors and blunt ends. PR Taq Polymerase includes Tween/magnesium free 10x Ammonium Buffer.
