The Chemglass High Flow Manifold System provides a safe, low-stress connection between a circulator and a glass process reactor jacket. Designed for 75-150 L reactor jackets, the manifold reduces mechanical strain on glass inlet/outlet ports and supplies pressure monitoring, relief, and hose connections for jacket fluid circulation. Hoses to connect the manifold to an external circulator are not supplied and must be ordered separately.

  • Suitable for 75-150 L reactor jackets.
  • Hard connect fittings reduce mechanical stress on glass inlet and outlet ports.
  • Includes triple insulated flexible hoses with welded stainless steel beaded-pipe fitting on one end and 3/4 in male NPT on the other.
  • Provides a pressure gauge (0-15 psi) and a pressure relief valve preset and safety sealed to 12 psi.
  • Includes a stainless steel ball valve for draining jacket fluid.
  • Operates over -60 to 200 C.
