HiTE™ Evaluation Kit is a sample quantity of PyrOjas’ next-generation lentiviral transduction enhancer for cell and gene therapy (CGT) proof-of-concept testing. HiTE™ is a bi-functional Transient Fusion-Promoting Peptide (TFP) that concentrates lentivirus at the cell surface and transiently destabilizes the membrane to drive viral entry, then self-inactivates within hours—preserving viability, expansion, and downstream function.
