Human Chemokine CCL2 Purified Lyophilized 100ug - Human Chemokine CCL2 Purified Lyophilized from Innovative Research has been recombinantly produced in E. coli and purified using chromatography then processed, refolded and purified to yield the native, secreted form of the mature chemokine. This is a salt free lyophilized powder with a purity of >98% as determined by SDS-PAGE, HPLC, MALDI-MS and NMR analysis. This product is useful as a positive control for ELISA and western blot and for a variety of in vitro applications including cell binding, cell differentiation, cell signaling, protein-protein interactions, and receptor binding. Recombinant human CCL2 from Innovative Research is provided as a native untagged protein. CCR2 activity verified by intracellular calcium flux using THP1 cells as described by Veldkamp et al, Science Signaling 2008.
