Human Elastin ELISA Kit - This Kit from Innovative Research is for the quantitative determination of Human Elastin in biofluid samples, such as serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. This is a sandwich ELISA in strip well format with reagents for up to 96 tests . ELN present in samples reacts with an anti-Human ELN capture antibody coated and dried on a microtiter plate. After washing, an anti-ELN detection antibody conjugated to biotin binds to the captured analyte. Excess antibody is washed away and bound antibody is then reacted with avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. Color development is directly proportional to the concentration of active ELN in the samples. A standard calibration curve is prepared along with the samples to be measured using dilutions of Human ELN. For RUO.
