Human Eosinophil Peroxidase ELISA Kit - This Kit from is for the quantitative determination of Human Eosinophil Peroxidase in biofluid samples, such as serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. This is a sandwich ELISA in strip well format with reagents for up to 96 tests . EPX present in samples reacts with an anti-Human EPX capture antibody coated and dried on a microtiter plate. After washing , an anti-EPX detection antibody conjugated to biotin binds to the captured analyte. Excess antibody is washed away and bound antibody is then reacted with avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. Color development is directly proportional to the concentration of active EPX in the samples. A standard calibration curve is prepared along with the samples to be measured using dilutions of Human EPX. For RUO.
