Human High Mobility Group Protein B1 CLIA Kit - This Kit is a highly sensitive CLIA for meauring High Mobility Group Protein B1 in biofluid samples, such as serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Reagents for up to 96 tests. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human HMGB-1 and analogues observed. The micro plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human HMGB-1. Standards or samples are added to the micro Chemiluminescent Immunoassay plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human HMGB-1 and Avidin-HRP conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human HMGB-1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit(RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer.
