Human VGF Nerve Growth Factor Inducible ELISA Kit - This Kit is for the quantitative determination of Human VGF Nerve Growth Factor Inducible in biofluid samples, such as serum, plasma and other biological fluids. This is a sandwich ELISA in strip well format with reagents for up to 96 tests . VGF present in samples reacts with an anti-Human VGF capture antibody coated and dried on a microtiter plate. After washing, an anti-VGF detection antibody conjugated to biotin binds to the captured analyte. Excess antibody is washed away and bound antibody is then reacted with avidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm. Color development is proportional to the concentration of active VGF. A standard calibration curve is prepared along with the samples to be measured using dilutions of Human VGF.
