Therefore HNE is a well-published marker of lipid peroxidation. Cell Biolabs' OxiSelect™ HNE Adduct Competitive ELISA Kit provides rapid detection of malondialdehyde-protein adducts in cell and tissue lysates, plasma, serum, or purified proteins. Each kit provides sufficient reagents for 5x96 assays including standards and unknown samples.
