This Cogent Phenyl Hydride HPLC Column is made with Cogent TYPE-C™ Silica , and this silica hydride based stationary phase provides excellent Selectivity, Faster Equilibration and Robust Column Lifetimes. Chosen for analysis of compounds with aromatic rings that are difficult to retain or separate in Reversed Phase, including aromatic amines, small peptides and azides. A very popular column size, this short and narrow-bore column provides short run times but requires a pump that can precisely deliver, and a flow cell that made for, reduced flow rates with lower volumes. This column size is excellent, and a favorite for LCMS.
