This Cogent RP C18™ Wide Pore Stationary Phase has been a premium value and used by HPLC laboratories for many years. It is double end capped ( fully ), with traditional bonding of an 18 carbon silane to the highest purity silica available. This makes this column ideal as an Alternate in USP Methods that use the L1 Classification, for large molecules.With a 3 µm Particle and 300A Pore Size, this column works well with higher flow rates and lower back pressures. Used for large hydrophobic or neutral compounds in Reversed Phase, this Octadecyl Phase is also excellent for long chain fatty acids.
