This kit provides standards for assessing Alliance HPLC systems equipped with a UV detector. It includes 10 ampules of standard solutions containing varying concentrations of Uracil and Caffeine for system assessment.
- 10 ampules, 10 mL standard solutions each.
- Solutions 1-5 contain 0.030 mg/mL Uracil ±1% with varying Caffeine concentrations (0.0100-0.2200 mg/mL, ±0.5%).
- Solution 6: 0.010 mg/mL Uracil ±1%.
- Solution 7: 0.40 μg/mL Caffeine ±0.5%.
- Solution 8: 4.00 mg/mL Caffeine ±0.5%.
- Solution 9: Blank mobile phase.
- Caffeine and Uracil purity > 99%.
- Standards in 30% HPLC Grade Methanol and 70% 18M ASTM Type 1 Lab Water, V/V.
