Our product HotStart Universal 2 SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix has superior specificity robust amplification efficiency excellent reproducibility and high stability for the quantification of target DNA or cDNA This ready-to-use 2 premix formulation includes a novel antibody-mediated hot-start Taq DNA polymerase which along with the optimized buffer system ensures enhanced specificity and efficient amplification The SYBR Green I dye in the mix intercalates specifically into the minor groove regions of double-stranded DNA and emits green fluorescence upon binding to amplified DNA in each cycle enabling real-time indirect quantification of amplification products through fluorescence detection on qPCR instrumentation This reagent includes a specially formulated Specific ROX Reference Dye compatible with all qPCR instruments no need for adjusting ROX concentrations across different instruments Users only need to add primers and templates when preparing reaction mixtures
