Human alpha-synuclein pre-formed fibrils (tag-free) are recombinant human alpha-synuclein (Met 1-Ala 140) assembled into amyloid fibrils and supplied as a trehalose-stabilized preparation for use in in vitro seeding assays, cell-based models, and in vivo studies. Material is expressed in E. coli and validated for fibril formation and activity by biochemical and imaging assays.

- Purity greater than 90% by SDS-PAGE.
- Migrates at 15-16 kDa on SDS-PAGE.
