Gibco™ Human BDNF Recombinant Protein

Description
Carrier-Free Reconstitution: We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute BDNF in sterile, distilled water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex. For extended storage, it is recommended to further dilute in a buffer containing carrier protein, such as 0.1% BSA and store in working aliquots from -20°C to -80°C. Storage: The lyophilized protein is stable at room temperature for up to 1 month, but should be kept at -20°C for long term storage. Upon reconstitution, the preparation is stable for up to one week at 2°C to 8°C. Working aliquots stored with a carrier protein are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C to -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
