Contains necessary growth factors and complete differentiation media needed to differentiate human ES/iPS cells into dopaminergic neurons using 21 day differentiation protocol. MilliporeSigma™; Human Dopaminergic Neurogenesis Kit has been validated with 4 human ES and iPS lines for efficient dopaminergic neuronal differentiation.

  • Contains collection of five validated growth factors that are routinely used to induce differentiation of human pluripotent ES/iPS cells to dopaminergic neurons 
  • Has high affinity antibody marker, anti-tyrosine hydroxylase, to aid in quantifying percentage yields from differentiation experiments
  • H1: 30% TH positive neurons
  • H9: 50-70% TH positive neurons
