Gibco™ Human EPO (Erythropoietin) Recombinant Protein

Description
Carrier-Free Reconstitution: We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile, deionized water to a concentration of 12,000-120,000 IU/mL. Further dilutions can be made in aqueous buffers. For long term storage, EPO solutions should be supplemented with carrier protein, such as 0.1% HSA or BSA. Storage: This lyophilized preparation is stable at room temperature for three weeks, but should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution, the preparation is stable for up to one week at 2°C to 8°C, but should be stored below -18°C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
