Shop All Thermo Scientific ProductsDescription
PEP-011 is a 16 amino acid (amino acids 55-70) synthetic peptide whose sequence is from the N-terminal end of the human estrogen receptor b (ERb). The sequence of this peptide is (amino to carboxy terminus): A-E-P-Q-K-S-P-W-C-E-A-R-S-L-E-H This peptide may be used for neutralization and control experiments with the polyclonal antibody that reacts with this product and the ERb, catalog # PA1-311. Using a solution with equal weights per unit volume of peptide and corresponding antibody will yield a solution with a large molar excess of peptide that is able to competitively bind the antibody. Reconstitute with 0.1 mL of distilled water.
