Gibco™ Human FGF-10 Recombinant Protein
Description
Reconstitution: We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in 5 mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.4, to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Further dilutions should be made in aqueous buffers supplemented with carrier protein, such as 0.1-1.0% BSA Storage: The lyophilized protein is stable at room temperature for up to 1 month, but should be kept at -20°C for long term storage. Working aliquots stored with carrier protein are stable for at least 3 months at -20°C to -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
