The MyBioSource Human GNE ELISA Kit is a 96-well strip plate kit designed to quantitatively measure human GNE protein concentrations in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. It uses a sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique and materials provided include a microtiter plate pre-coated with antibody, standards, detection reagents A and B, wash and stop solutions, an adhesive plate cover and an instruction manual. The detection range of this ELISA kit is 15.6 ng/mL - 1000 ng/mL, with sensitivity < 9.4 ng/mL. This research-use-only kit should be stored at 2-8°C and has a shelf life of 6 months.
