Invitrogen™ Human IL-4 Recombinant Protein
Description
Mature human IL-4 was expressed in Pichia pastoris, X-33. GenBank Accession # P05112, amino acids 25 - 153. For protein verification, the expressed protein was N-terminal sequenced and begins with the following 10 amino acids: HKCDITLQEI. Purity is >95% by SDS-PAGE analyses. Activity: The biological activity of recombinant human IL-4 was determined by measuring the proliferation of the factor-dependent human T-helper cell line, TF-1. Use: For in vitro applications. A dose-response assay should be performed to determine the optimal concentration for specific experiments.
