Description
The Molecular Probes™ Human Neural Stem Cell Immunocytochemistry Kit enables convenient image-based analysis of four common markers of human neural stem cells (NSCs): nestin, PAX6, SOX1, and SOX2. This complete immunocytochemistry (ICC) kit includes an optimized set of primary and secondary antibodies, a nuclear DNA stain, and all of the buffers necessary to complete the staining protocol.
Easily scalable to any culture plate, dish, or slide format, the Human Neural Stem Cell Immunocytochemistry Kit comes with reagents sufficient to run 20 samples using a 50μL staining volume.
Confirm expression of key neural stem cell markers with highly specific antibodies
Get more information per sample by measuring more than one marker at a time
Generate beautiful multiplexed images with minimal effort
Process samples with confidence using a complete & optimized set of ICC reagents
Confirm Expression of NSC Markers
The antibodies included in the kit have been carefully selected for high performance in ICC analysis of NSCs. These antibodies are well suited for the characterization of NSCs generated using Gibco™ PSC Neural Induction Medium.
Get More Information Per Sample
Save time and precious sample. The antibody combinations in this kit have been designed to allow for simultaneous assessment of two markers at a time (e.g., nestin & SOX2 or SOX1 & PAX6) along with nuclear DNA staining.
Generate Beautiful Multiplexed Images
Powered by the superior performance of bright, photostable Alexa Fluor™ dyes, this kit enables the acquisition of beautiful multiplexed images of NSC marker expression using commonly available blue, green, and orange/red filter sets.
Process Samples with Confidence
Pre-tested fixation, permeabilization, blocking, and wash buffers allow you to focus on answering scientific questions rather than spending time determining reagent compatibility.
