This product adopts the immunomagnetic bead negative isolation method, using a biotinylated antibody mixture to bind to other cells in PBMC (human peripheral blood mononuclear cells) except the target cells, and then incubate with magnetic beads, and then under the action of an applied magnetic field, the other cells are retained in the magnetic field, and the target cells can be isolated. The isolated target cells do not combine with magnetic beads or antibodies and are suitable for subsequent experiments such as cell culture.
