Semen Standard. Freeze dried seminal plasma. Reconstitutes to 500 ul. For use as a positive control for Anti P30 (PSA) quantitation. When reconstituted, the Semen Standard is equivalent to a 1/50 dilution of neat seminal plasma from a semen sample in the upper range of P30 content. P30 concentration in the reconstituted semen standard has been calibrated to be 100 ug/ml.
