ELISA

Human ULBP-3 quantitates human ULBP-3 in serum, plasma, supernatant. The assay will exclusively recognize both natural and recombinant human ULBP-3.

UL16-binding protein 3 (ULBP3) is an extended member of the MHC class I superfamily. It does not contain the alpha 3 domain and lacks a transmembrane domain. ULBP3 binds and activates the KLRK1/NKG2D receptor and mediates natural killer cell cytotoxicity.
