The FisherbrandTM 50mL Centrifuge Tubes are made of polypropylene with a conical bottom and a screw cap closure. They are sterile, DNase/RNase and pyrogen free. These tubes have graduated markings up to 50mL and can withstand centrifugal forces up to 5,000 x g. They are suitable for cell culture and separation applications. The dimensions are 118mm x 28mm and they can be autoclaved at 121°C for 20 minutes. These tubes come in packs of 500.
