Cell Biolabs' Hydroxyproline Assay Kit is a quantitative colorimetric assay for measuring the hydroxyproline concentration in protein samples. The kit detects hydroxyproline concentrations as low as 6.25 µg/mL. Each kit provides sufficient reagents for 96 assays including standards and unknown samples.
