LabelSense™ Technology allows the printer, Brady i75-Series materials and Brady software to communicate; automating and eliminating tedious adjustments and label-wasting tasks.

  • No need to set print speed, heat, offsets, sensor mode or sensor location - i7500 does it automatically without wasteful trial-and-error print tests.
  • No need to calibrate wasted blank labels to detect part size and spacing - i7500 detects this without wasting blank labels to do this.
  • i75-Series ribbons auto-center with the ink always facing the correct way; the i7500 will warn you if the ink type is a mismatch with the installed label material.
  • Over 4,000 stock i75-Series label parts and ribbons in 80+ materials operate in full smart-mode functionality.
  • Manual 3 in. core label rolls and 1 in. core ribbons will also function in full manual mode where the operator makes necessary adjustments for print settings, sensor adjustments, label calibration and correct ribbon pairing.
  • Brady WorkStation software (included) auto-detects the installed part for driverless 1-click setup and label file creation; or use Win driver if using non-Brady software.
  • Peel configuration ships with Peel, Present and internal rewind componentry installed, with optional Label Taken Sensor accessory available. Peel model printer not compatible with Auto Cutter accessories.
  • Use of a suitable auto-present label material in a 1-label-across format is required for peel mode and should be tested to the intended peel and present application; Peel functionality is also dependent on factors including label size, peel offset, and print speed.
