Virus-like Particles (VLP’s) expressing recombinant Sudan virus (SUDV) glycoprotein (GP), nucleoprotein (NP), and matrix protein (VP40). These VLP’s are produced in Sf9 insect cells through infection with a recombinant baculovirus. Since these VLP’s mimic Sudan virus but do not contain genetic material, thus are not infectious and make an ideal candidate as a vaccine and also as a tool to enhance filovirus research.Supplied in PBS (supplemented with glycerol, arginine and glutamic acid). Store at 2-3 weeks at -20°C, -80°C long term
