The IC Biomedical ICB35-6 Cryogenic Freezer is designed for laboratory, biorepository, and other research applications. Designed to hold biological samples. This unit can hold up to 35 liters of liquid nitrogen, offering a static hold time of 130 days with a low evaporation rate of 0.27 liters per day. It features a rugged, high-strength aluminum body with a magneformed necktube design and a more durable paint system, ensuring its longevity. The dewar has a 4.7-inch neck opening and comes equipped with six 11-inch canisters, with a total capacity to hold up to 1,260 2.0ml vials. The lockable lid and superior vacuum performance with insulation technology provide maximum holding times, making it an ideal choice for the long-term storage of biological specimens. The ICB35-6 can hold MiTeGen Cryo-EM storage pucks (M-CEMG2-1) by using the MiTeGen Shelved Puck Storage Cane (M-CEMSTC-2). These are sold seperately.
