Description Rabbit anti-rat IgG recognizes rat IgG whole molecule. This secondary antibody was purified using a multi-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above.
Dilution The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Formulation In 10mM sodium phosphate, 150mM NaCl, pH 7.2 (0.01% Sodium Azide).
