The Caprico IGM FC Antibody FITC Conjugate is a fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) conjugated goat polyclonal antibody against human immunoglobulin M (IgM). It is intended for use in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence assays. The antibody reacts with the heavy mu chains on human IgM and has minimal cross-reactivity to other immunoglobulin classes. It is purified by affinity chromatography and conjugated under optimal conditions. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in 0.01 M sodium phosphate, 0.25 M NaCl, pH 7.6 with 0.1% gelatin and 0.05% sodium azide.
